Integral Development Coaching is a powerful, pragmatic and holistic way of supporting people to flourish. This way of working is as appropriate for Executive Coaching in the workplace as it is for Life Coaching taken up by clients privately.

Guided by a bespoke programme, and through regular meetings and conversations, Aimée’s clients build their capacity to be more fully themselves: more present, more skilful, more richly sustained by their relationships and careers, and better, more authentic leaders.
Coaching typically unfolds over a minimum of six months and can be delivered face-to-face, over Zoom/Skype, or using a mix of the two. Where appropriate, Life or Executive coaching can also be combined with elements of communication coaching, which may include preparation for speeches or events.
Aimée works with a small number of clients at any time. While her client base is varied, she has a special interest in senior leaders, high-profile people, and creatives.
